Adopted FY 2026 Budget

In accordance with the Charter of the Town of Cumberland, we respectfully submit to you the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2026. 

You can see the full budget as adopted here. Additionally, if you'd like to view just the ordinances, you can go directly to the General Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, or Recreation Fund Ordinances. 


Award Winning Budget Information:

We are very happy to be able to share that the Town of Cumberland has been awarded the Government Finance Officers Association’s Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for FY23, FY 24 and again for the FY25 Budget! In order to receive the budget award, the Town had to satisfy nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentation. These guidelines are designed to assess how well an entity's budget serves as:

  •  a policy document
  • a financial plan
  • an operations guide
  • a communications device

New Vendors

New vendors must submit their W-9 to the Finance Department prior to submitting any invoices. W-9s can be emailed to Accounts Payable or mailed to the Town of Cumberland, Finance Department at:
