Court Sessions

The following notice is given in accordance with Section 42-46-6, Open Meetings Law, of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, as amended.

 In accordance with the rules, regulations and practices of the Cumberland Municipal Court, the regularly scheduled meetings of the Court will be held on the following dates:

Meeting Dates

Unless other notification is given, all municipal court sessions will be held the first and third Tuesday of every month beginning at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at the Cumberland Police Department, 1379 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland, RI 02864.

Municipal Court Payments

We accept cash, check, debit and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.

Please note that if a credit or debit card is used, a convenience fee will be added to the balance due based on a sliding scale. The fee for balances of $25 to $50 is $5 and for $51 to $150 is $7.50.

Tickets can also be paid online.
